Easy SSL Setup is being developed to provide beginner-friendly website security guidance and tools. Information on this site is educational and may need to be adapted to a hosting provider's current settings and requirements.
Automated features will be clearly identified as they are added and tested. The current public tools provide guidance and generate instructions; they do not log in to a visitor's hosting account or make server changes automatically.
Users remain responsible for maintaining backups, confirming that instructions match their actual hosting setup, and reviewing changes made to their own hosting accounts. Server paths, DNS controls, and hosting features can differ between providers and accounts.
